The Ocean Loft is an open-floor plan apartment on The Beach Pad's second floor. This modern corner unit is the largest loft, and the 10' tall double-wide balcony doors and many windows let in plenty of nature and natural light.
The sofa opens to a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate up to 4 guests.
Enjoy the private balcony, where you can hear the ocean, have coffee, and see glimpses of the ocean through the lush greenery while sitting at your outdoor cafė table or lounger.
The rooftop deck is a community area with another grill and has beautiful views of the waves at Sandy Beach and the surrounding dense, lush greenery.

Key Information for Guests •As a vacation rental and not a hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping service or have on-site staff. •Puerto Rico's infrastructure is delicate, leading to occasional water and power outages. We have backup water and power systems that provide seamless service MOST of the time. During city water outages, water pressure may be lower, and hot water availability depends on sunny days due to our solar-powered water heater. •Noise from neighboring properties and the restaurant/bar next door is possible. The advantage of staying at The Beach Pad is its proximity to various dining options, shops, beaches, and water activities, which makes it livelier than other areas in Rincón.

Very comfortable stay.
The room had everything you could ask for, and then some—between the very functional kitchen and huge relaxing balcony! The beach chairs, beach towel and cooler were definitely a great bonus as well. The location is hard to beat with just a short walk to the beach and dedicated parking spot on the property. The biggest and most important perk was the backup solar power which came in handy during the power outages that happened while we were in Rincon. I definitely recommend this stay!! read less

This place was great and the hosts were awesome.
It felt very clean and new and was in a wonderful location. There is a bar nearby that stays open late, but it was nice since we could sit on our patio and listen to the music. Once we closed the curtains and turned on the AC it was very easy to sleep. I'm also glad we stayed in this area of Rincon. Seemed nicer than the other areas. We will definitely stay there again when we return.

The Ocean Loft is a great place to stay.
It is very modern and comfortable. The hosts have thought about every detail. They are quick to respond, their check-in and check-out instructions are easy to follow. Parking is identified. Great AC, TV, kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Steps from the beach. They even surprised us by providing a cooler, beach chairs and beach pads, which made our trips to the beach very enjoyable. The whole building is very well maintained. Top place to stay in Rincón.
